approximately $105M/year. Fund appropriations include the following: Operations and
Maintenance Army (O&MA), Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and
Other Procurement Army (OPA). Record obligations in the MIPR Ledger, correspond with
Government customers concerning obligation inquiries, review vouchers and financial reports
to track job order number (JONO) and contract expenditures. Reconcile MIPRs and
vouchers for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) payments.
•Research DFAS disbursements for contracts in Shared Data Warehouse (SDW)
•Research contract expenditures associated with unliquidated obligations (ULOs)
