EXPERIENCE:
A) Executive Secretary 09/2006 to 11/2010. Matco Rice Processing Pvt. Ltd.,
the largest Rice Processing and Exporting Mill in Pakistan, known as Matco
Rice the owner of brand FALAK Basmati Rice exported to over 50 destinations
across the globe including USA and Canada.
Responsibilities:
> Report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Director Marketing and
Director Finance.
> Gather information related to key issues by collaborating with various
levels of management.
> Manage correspondence both internal and external for CEO/DM/DF.
> Maintain working relation with all department personnel for CEO's
Office and follow up on pending issues independently.
> Attend board of directors meeting and prepare minutes accordingly,
besides follow up on the assignments as agreed in the meeting. In
addition, organize quarterly sales meeting to analyze achievements and
projections headed by Director Sales.
> Keep the CEO/DM/DF promptly and specifically informed of matters
requiring his urgent personal attention.
> Maintain the Chairman & CEO business and personal schedule/essential
appointments and referral of non essential appointments to others.
> Manage visitors and telephone calls including proper screening, notes
taking, information gathering.
> Ensure proper travel arrangements, hotels, tickets and arrangements
for the CEO/DM/DF.
> Maintain appropriate record and filing systems both manuals and
computerized.
> Handle community & charitable activities and personal matters of
Chairman run as GHORI TRUST. (a charitable organization for less
privileged people)
