. Copy writing and merchandising of stationary and gift products on to the
whsmith.co.uk website. Use of key words to maximize search engine
exposure was the key to copy writing.
. Worked closely the category managers, design team, contracted
photographer and suppliers to ensure that each product has the correct
illustration & description by working closely. During my time I was
responsible for listings over 5000 new products, the final batch of 1000
products was planned to have a $4000 USD a week increase on sales.
. Ensuring products were correctly merchandised in the relevant categories
to achieve maximum exposure around the website.
. Manage day to day product issues including monitoring stock levels,
communicating with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels

. Instrumental, at product level, in the set up of a new distribution

o coordinated with both old and new fulfillment center staff to
ensure our out of stock level was never more than 5%
o Back-end systems were set-up and running in accordance to which
location each product was being fulfilled from to maintain a smooth
checkout procedure and timely delivery. No customer issues were
caused with regards to implementing the new order fulfillment
process.

coaching philosophy and to provide camp dates and sign-up.

. Recruited a Nike conditioning coach and a USSF C licensed Soccer coach
to offer an experience not seen at soccer camps in the Atlanta area

. We had over 150 players pass through our 6 weeks of camps. The
