Duties and Responsibilities

. Assisting the Finance and Administration Specialist in conducting

financial management procedures.

. Handling and conducting petty cash transactions and prepare monthly

petty cash reports.

. Organize and coordinate monthly meetings with Health Promotion, Health

Information Management and Health Financing components in the

districts (on monthly plans and reports and with local health

directories).

. Enter and analyze monthly data/information on component activities and
