Over 14 years of estimating, managing and hands-on supervising of
successful painting and remodeling projects. Complete management experience
including job costing, billing and scheduling. I am extremely proficient in
estimating from blue print and specification take offs and highly
experienced in specifications for materials and procedures for a variety of
applications. I have experience using Word, Excel and Quick Books.

I have extensive customer service experience. I have experience managing
employees including hiring and training. I have experience with many varied
hand and power tools. My experience reading and understanding blue prints
has helped me understand how systems function and in troubleshooting
problems. My experience as an Associate Home Inspector has broadened my
knowledge of construction and maintenance. I am experienced assessing the
project and implementing a successful course of action from start to
completion.

Owner TGR Professional Painting which was the company which did the
interior and exterior painting of the historic Henderson County Courthouse,
the operations center on the Biltmore Estate and the residence of state
senator Martin Nesbitt.
June 2000 to March 2002
Hensley Construction Company where I was in charge of the operation of
H&R Painting as a division of Hensley Construction.
June 1995 to June 2000
Crane's Improvement Specialists where I was a project manager. I was
the lead foreman on the painting of Richmond Hill Inn and the historic
Jackson County Courthouse.
Previous retail experience including Arby's in Hendersonville and The
Smokehouse Restaurant in Dayton, TN.
EDUCATION
2 years of vocational study in Architectural Drafting.
Training course for N.C. Home Inspection License Board leading to Associate
Home Inspector License and certification by the City of Asheville for 3rd
Party Inspections.
