Configured pay rules for 40+ newspapers across the country (each a
separate company with varying policies, unions, and state laws), working
with payroll staff at each location to define, build and test pay rules
prior to rollout. Over 20 implementations done within a 6-month
timeframe.
Researched and resolved timecard issues for all locations (15,000
employees) supporting end users and payroll teams each pay period.
Responsible for on-site training of Kronos approvers/managers at many
locations. Configured Data Collection Manager and supported over 100
clocks. Created all user documentation and instructions.
Software support for PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleSoft HR and desktop
support for Microsoft Office products. Conducted classes in Microsoft
Word, Excel, and Outlook. Maintained user accounts on Active Directory
and Citrix.
Enabling Technologies Group (Atlanta) - 1997-1998
Coordinated consultant classes and created sales presentations.

Created PowerPoint presentations and proposals for clients of the
consulting staff. Worked closely with consultants and physicians in
other C&L offices around the country, coordinating presentations and

As office manager, set up systems for accounts receivable, payable,
payroll and grant administration for this non-profit organization.
Drafted requests for funding from U.S. Senate and private foundations.
Created and maintained member databases; published quarterly newsletter,

Carter Real Estate (Atlanta) - 1988 - 1992
Administrative support for five commercial real estate brokers. Created
system for tracking sales volume on computer, and taught 8 other
assistants how to use the program, reducing time spent on the annual
Million Dollar Club application process.
