knowledge to anticipate and fulfill customer requests. At the resort my responsibilities were to
solve problems customers came to me with, print off lift tickets, keep track of the what happened
on the mountain to inform the guests, or to suggest restaurants or other activities in the area.
June 2007-August 2007 – NY Wine & Culinary Center, Canandaigua, NY
(Food Runner) – Responsibilities included putting the finishing touches on the dishes, in charge
of taking dinners to the dining area for the wait staff, and also to assist the chefs when cooking
for large groups or servers with large parties.
