NETHEALTH SYSTEMS, Waltham, Massachusetts ( 2006 - 2008 - continued

NetHealth's system was designed for use by: patients who suffer from the

early stages of a chronic disease. Firm's clients would have come from

large Self-Funded Employer Health Plans, HMO, PPO, Teaching Hospitals with

large clinical group practices, Government employees, Long-Term Care

Insurance policyholders, and Health Clubs.

Management team was unable to secure next round of VC/Angle funding. The

Firm was planning to provide online monitoring and tools to patients

diagnosed with early stage chronic diseases, their physicians and insurance
