NetHealth's system was designed for use by: patients who suffer from the
early stages of a chronic disease. Firm's clients would have come from
large Self-Funded Employer Health Plans, HMO, PPO, Teaching Hospitals with

Management team was unable to secure next round of VC/Angle funding. The
