the industry. Within six months of our new product release, the Breeze
eDiscovery Suite, received a 4.8 out of 5 points in TechnoLawyer, a major
Litigation Publication. Managed all content and design for website.

Sales and Marketing: New Home Builder May 2006 to July 2008
David Weekley Homes: Started in Lost Creek Ranch, a close out community
that had gone stale. Wrote 5 sales agreements in 5 weeks. This prompted a
move to Newton Ranch, a community that had been previously unsuccessful.
Wrote $1.6 million of new business within two months of move.
Altura Homes: Charged with selling single-family homes in Sunset Pointe
Development, Altura's toughest community with homes priced 20 percent
higher than closest competitor. In nine months had $9 million in sales,
earning status as only Sales Counselor out of five to have any success in
this community. In the first year, set a company record for highest sales
revenue ever.
Owner - FaithAccents.com Aug 2003 to Dec 2007
Negotiated contract with major home d cor manufacturer to be exclusive
front end on-line reseller. Orchestrated a stream lined model that included
direct customer shipment from the manufacturers warehouse. This company was
built on a self service model, so I was able to maintain the inventory
reports and follow up on orders during non working hours.
