Review and underwrite Conventional, FHA, and Home Equity LOC's for

consumer loans originated in COF assigned regions, assuring compliance with

all credit policies and consumer lending regulations. Underwrite loan files

that fall out of the automated project plan. Responsible for reviewing

financial statements, applicable ratios (DTI / LTV), credit reports,

mortgage payoffs, title reports, property surveys, appraisals, homeowners
