4. RLG Inc.
Westwood Ca. October 1996 to 1999(Part time winters)
Supervisor - Supervise, operate and provide maintenance and repair expertise for a portable rock
crushing operation. Supervise shop operations for construction and repair of rock crushing equipment. I
supervised a crew of 8 in the field and 5 in the shop. We crushed all grades of hard rock product for
construction materials including asphalt aggregate and base rock. All products had to meet state
specifications and quality control was a big part of the supervision work load.
5. Almanor Partners LLC.
Almanor Ca. April 1994 to December 1995
Project Manager - Supervised all aspects of planning and operations for a 1380 acre recreation
development. Project included hotel, condos, residential lots and a 550 acre 18 hole golf course
development in the center. Duties included plan and supervise logging operations, supervise road
construction and golf course construction. Negotiate log sales, over see plans and document preparation,
budgets and scheduling.

Staff Forester – Prepared timber harvest plans, lay out and conduct harvest operations and participate in
management operations and inventory of natural resources. Supervise logging operations, both company
crew and contract crews. Supervise planting and reforestation operations and chip thinning. Conducted
boundary surveys and plot measurements to establish volume and growth for sustained yield
management.
