Volunteered and worked at Ten Thousand Villages as a Assistant Manager for
two years 02/2008 to 01/2010
Employment Hiatus - 10/2004 to 08/2007 - Took temporary leave from full-
time employment to raise and home-school young child while managing

Oversaw the artwork and design elements of multiple projects for this
graphics firm specializing in wildlife educational materials, displays,
exhibits, and audiovisual presentations utilized in museums, kiosks, and
nature trails throughout the country. Collaborated with illustrators,
interior designers, and builders to complete projects on time and within
budget, managing an average of 6 to 8 projects concurrently. Assisted with
all in-house print work and trained print staff on use of software

production of a large vinyl map of a wildlife refuge, installed on the
back of a trailer exhibit featured in the New Mexico Centennial
Celebration. Seamlessly mended together multiple photographs of life-size
painting, in high resolution, to create large graphical representation.
. Expanded base of qualified printing companies and product vendors, based
on service capabilities, and negotiated best possible pricing to meet
