book of agency issued small business property and casualty insurance to

< Daily review of all policy items which exceed agents authority working

from system generated lists,

< Determining eligibility, pricing, policy conditions,

Represented company in legal mediation on three way calls with insured or

lawyer and judge. Also examined life insurance claims.
