Led the Change Management team of 15 BearingPoint consultants involved in
the activities related to Communications, Training, Leadership Alignment
and Workforce Transition for an Oracle Federal Financials iProcurement and
PRISM integration at the Department of Health and Human Services.
Activities spanned the full life-cycle of the system implementation
including assessment, analysis, research, design, and development of
technology strategies and solutions. Managing the day-to-day activities
budgeted over $6 M. The project was implemented on time and under budget.

. Supervised the development of a stakeholder analysis strategy for the
implementation to determine the Basis of the Communication strategy.

Business Transformation Lead, BearingPoint, Contracted to Department of
Health and Human Services, Jan - 2006 - Nov 2007
Managed the business transformation activities for a large scale, multi-
organization system implementation of Oracle Federal Financials, for the
U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The system implementation,
the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) replaced five legacy
accounting systems that were used by four major operating divisions of HHS,
including seven component agencies serviced by one operating division. The
6 year, $170M effort was incrementally deployed at HHS operating divisions
and completed in October 2007. It is currently operational at the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration
(FDA), Program Support Center (PSC) and its ten serviced agencies and
Indian Health Service (IHS).
Selected accomplishments:
. Supported the Global extensions of UFMS including AP, AR, and BE
. Created and presented communication matrixes, communication touch
point charts, and communication deliverables to enhance change
understanding within the organizations
. Developed the blended training strategy for the Indian Health Service

Responsible for training 2000 Customer Service Representatives responding
to question regarding the Medicare Part D drug program. Project required
