. Complete all new hire and personnel action paperwork. Ensure proper

routing to payroll and verify all required paperwork is signed.

Process all termination paperwork and exit interviews.

. Complete enrollments for all health, dental, life, disability, 401K

and FSA enrollments and changes.

. Coordinate all recruitment advertising, including newspaper and

internet ads, college and agency postings, and any other methods

deemed effective by the HR Manager. Coordinate the use of temporary

and staffing agencies when necessary to fill urgent recruitment needs.

. Phone-screen candidates for staff-level positions and set appointments

for interviews with appropriate managers. Prepare offer letters as

requested by the HR manager.

. Conduct background checks on all candidates as requested by the hiring

manager, including reference checks, criminal background checks, and

credit checks.

. Input all hires, terminations, transfers, salary revisions, benefit

enrollments and other changes in the ADP system, and create reports as

needed.

. Respond to all employee requests for assistance with benefit issues.

. Provide coverage for receptionist as needed.

. Assist Sales Assistants with directing calls when Marketing sends out

promotional items

. Collect and distribute outgoing and incoming mail. Maintain postage

machine as needed.

. Order/restock all kitchen and mailroom supplies.

. Coordinate the cleaning and up keep of all common areas (kitchen,

refrigerator, conference rooms, lunch room, etc.).

. Work with building management as problems arise.
