Profile:
A dedicated individual with 25+ years in the building and maintenance
trades. My skill set includes but is not limited to carpentry, electrical
and plumbing, equipment maintenance, landscaping, and septic. Supervision
of two to sixteen man crews. I was taught in the old school manner where a
man should be able to handle multiple trades at once. It is because of
this that I have such a varied experience. Seeking a position where my
diverse skill set can be incorporated into whatever project presents itself

remodeling and repairs; landscaping; snow plowing; maintenance and
acquisition of repair inventory; maintain records of completed repairs and

projects to include bids on subcontract work. Solve problems before they
