Objective

I have 12 years of construction related experience, 6 years as an

assistant to a business owner and 6 years with direct construction

management in the field and on the business administration end. I am

looking for an opportunity where I can use my range of experiences to

benefit a company and create a lasting position for myself. Some of my

strong characteristics are my ability to priorities responsibilities,

create strong confident relationships with customer representatives, create

realistic construction schedules, and to organize as well as complete

construction administrative documents. Some personal characteristics that I

have are an ability to focus on the issue needing attention, ability to

remain professional, and ability to create a solution.

Work experience

Acme Enterprises:

2006- Current

I have been working with Acme Enterprises (general contractor) for 6

years. I began as a site superintendent and am currently employed as a

project management position covering multiple projects. I worked in the

field for 4 years as a superintendent. As a well respected superintendent I

worked on some of Acme's most difficult projects. As a Project manager I

have the opportunity to work on Acme's largest project taken on by the

company. This is a 4.7 million dollar Sam's Club remodel/ expansion

project. Some of the skills that I obtained while working for Acme

Enterprises include, but are not limited to: Drawing comprehension, complex

site management, RFI request from architectural firms, communication with

corporate owners, representatives, Etc. multiple submittal procedures,

change order management and processing, along with construction cost

estimating.

Milzow Development Company

2000-2006

While working for the Milzow Development Company, I started as

general assistant to the development owner. Though my 6 years of employment

at Milzow I gained responsibility over 3 different housing complexes, as

well as many special commercial projects. In this position I worked as the

liaison between the different projects and the owner. I also had the

responsibility of site cleanup/organization, site maintenance, completion

of house punch list, to equipment operation. The Skills I learned in this

position include, construction process, site management, customer

satisfaction, and the need for a professional attitude at all times.

Harlen Electric

1999-2000

While working at Harlan Electric I worked on a directional boring

crew installing underground data and electrical infrastructure in Metro

Detroit. I worked locating existing underground utilities, area

preparation/safety, as well equipment operation (exposing priority

utilities). In this position I learned the necessity of safety and working

efficiently. Most of the projects impeded on public roads and easements, so

working safely efficiently and leaving no evidence of work were the top

priorities.

Education/Qualifications

Colorado Technical University

2010-2012 expected

Currently I am attending my final classes to obtain a bachelor degree

in business administration with a concentration in project management. Upon

receipt of my degree I will also receive a certification from the Project

management institute (PMI). This program is one of 17 programs in the U.S.

certified by PMI

Oakland Community College

1999- 2002

While attending Oakland Community College I received a degree

in General Business. I also attend class's to expand my 2 years of Auto Cad

2000 knowledge.

State of Michigan Real-estate license

2002-2005

I obtained my State of Michigan real-estate license while

working for the development company to assist in the sales of new homes and

condo's

OSHA 10Hr and 30Hr

2011

I attended training and received my OSHA 10Hr occupational

safety and 30 construction industry safety certifications

Commercial Drivers license

2000- Current

I obtained my State of Michigan Commercial Drivers license

Class A with Air breaks and no restrictions.

EPA- Storm water certification

2005- Current

I attended yearly EPA approved storm water certification

class at a Wal-mart training facility

First aid Certificate

2010- Current

I attended a first aid training seminar and received a

certification to complete first aid.
