Product Engineer, OEM and Accessory Products
Responsibilities and Experience 2008-Present
Successfully managing, maintaining and advancing the AR/RF Microwave Instrumentation Third Party
and OEM Product line to meet and exceed our global customer requirements. The AR/RF Microwave
Instrumentation accessory line boasts hundreds of varied products and is a significant percentage of our
annual revenue. This product line compliments our World-Class offerings of EMC, Test &
Measurement, Automotive, Military and Telecom products. The Third Party line is comprised of
specialized products sourced from leading suppliers AR has groomed over the past 40 years. These
vendors provide AR with Traveling Wave Tube amplifiers, antennas and a full, comprehensive line of
EMC, Test & Measurement, Military equipment and accessories. AR/RF Microwave has been the
Global leader in our field for decades and continues to be. Initial development of product specifications
and design requirements are a prime responsibility, in conjunction with creation of product specification
sheet, operation manuals, BOMs in our inventory system and initial pricing and vendor sales
agreements. I practice continued, direct interaction with our supplying vendors regarding product
requirement standards, proper branding, function, pricing and delivery time. I maintain updated training
and procedures, adhering to internal Quality standard and practice due-diligence in accordance with
current ITAR requirements for our exported product line of TWTAs.
My current responsibilities have expanded, now focusing on a specialized product development project
as Product Engineer, Receiver Systems. I will be taking a leading role in supporting current and
developing new products from our EMI receiving equipment division in Canoga Park, Calif. I am
simultaneously cross-training and transitioning management the OEM Product line to a fellow Engineer
here in Souderton. This will allow me to finalize integration, documentation and the market release of a
new generation of Digital Signal Processed EMI Receivers. This cutting-edge product is a result of over
8 years combined engineering, design and development effort here at AR; the current stage is prototype
production.
