court program. Provide expert knowledge of the community and services to
citizens in general, facilitating access to services and monitoring
participant progress, completing weekly case notes, writing agreements,
following judicial directives, weekly report writing, evaluating new
resources, establishing new contacts, developing partnerships, being
innovative with traditional services, foresight to assess program and
participant needs, and support client needs.
Perform instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner
and in accordance with the mission, policies and procedures of the Maryland
Judiciary Court System. Assist participants in identifying various
resources, networks and support systems that contribute to their success
and recovery. Build and develop case plans individualized to participants

and routine communication with detention center personnel, consumers,
family members, referral sources, service providers, and community
resources to facilitate service delivery.
