Handles ocean import shipment from A to Z (pick-up point up to

delivery point).

Handles some regular air import and ocean export shipments

within assigned accounts. Check and monitor all shipments and

email correspondences from/to overseas agents, customers,

carriers, brokers and co-loaders. Monitor shipment status from

time to time in order to meet customers' full satisfaction.

Personally file Importer's Security Filing (ISF), Automated

Manifest System (AMS) and Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) if

requested by overseas agent or customer. Suggests and

implements operational procedures to maintain high level of

customer service. Troubleshoots whenever problem arise.
