Responsible for overseeing the planning, management and

project delivery of the group charged with developing,

enhancing, and implementing enterprise information systems,

to include Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft

SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft .NET custom business

applications, ecommerce, sales force automation, SAP

Key Achievements:

. Provided strategic direction and delivery of the first-

ever corporate enterprise-wide sales force goal setting

application. The application was built to enable the

top line revenue. Within the first quarter after go-live

the results showed a 12% increase in revenue this year

vs. last year. The application is used to set goals to

over 3000 sales force reps each cycle, reported on and

measures achievement. The application utilizes valuable

sales and focus marketing data, allowing management to

set goals based off of specific marketing attributes to

target key customers, drive brand growth while

increasing revenue.

. Developed a change control process which included the

creation of business process owners, business

relationship managers and a change advisory board. Used

HP Quality Center and BMC Software to help manage the

process. This process has resulted in a 19% reduction in

emergency change requests over the past 9 months.

. Involved in the strategic planning for IT initiatives

pertaining to SAP and Microsoft. Set the roadmap for

operational excellence, defining the business process
