EXPERIENCE:

Charge nurse responsible for assessments, developing nursing diagnoses,

implement care plans, administering medication (PO, IM, SQ, GT, GB, IV

antibiotics (PICC)) monitor vital signs, tracheotomy care, suctioning, g-

tube feeding, GB feeding, Foley catheter care, spacemen collection, wound

care, dressing changes, patient and family education,

charting/documentation.

Administer nebulizer treatments through vent tubing and trach, CPT, trach

and trach tie changes, use of passey muir to trach, topical application of

medication to trach site. Use of ambu bag and ER trach sets, application of

apnea monitor, application of cool mist humidifier to trach. Oxygen through

N/C. and face mask.
