Security PM/Training Team Leader
I was promoted to the position of Program Manager in January of 2011. In
this current position I am responsible for managing the entire security
program at Camp Watan, Presidential Protection Service Academy in Kabul
Afghanistan. This project is attached to the Antiterrorism Assistance
Program of the US Embassy, in Afghanistan. In my capacity as the PM I
managed and formulated and implemented application development and database
security procedures, define and align controls for application development
and enhances threat-analysis plans to identify potential risks within a
company's operating environment. I am also responsible for scheduling and
managing the training of 33 D-10 Guard Force members assigned to the
National Defense Security of Afghanistan as well and the Ex-Pats assigned
to the project. This training consisted of US Embassy Security Guard Force
training and DOS Firearms qualifications program for this project,

US Embassy Security Elements/QRF Team Assistant Chief Instructor
As a QRF member with Global Strategies Group just before the takeover by
AGNA I was responsible for providing security for employees the United
States Embassy Kabul, Afghanistan to include the US Ambassador to
Afghanistan and his personal staff. I provided personal protective
security detail (PSD) as well as convoy movement protection for employees
of the local guard force to and from the work place. While at the US
Embassy I conduct static and roving security patrols, on the grounds to
include all access entry points. I responded to any and all emergency
situations and threats that presented themselves with in the compound. I
was then promoted to Asst. Chief Instructor, I instructed the entire LGF of
450 plus guard force members on the following weapons systems, the M240B,
M249, M-4, AK-47 and Glock pistols. I maintained and coordinated all
training schedules, training records, supervised large convoy movements to
and from the firing ranges and conducted daily in-service training, in
order to maintain a high level of competency of the local guard force
members.

Airport Security Supervisor/Asst. OPS Manager/ Training Team Leader
As the Baghdad International Airport Security Supervisor I was responsible
for assisting the Iraq International Airport Security Commander in
supervising the Local Guard Force. One of my many assignments included the
position as the Assistant OPS Manager, responsible for the supervision of
50 Ex-Pats and approximately 300 Iraqi Local Nationals and Gurkhas in
securing the BIAP. I served as the OPS Manager in his absences, supervising
all operational movements and coordinating and implementing 24/7 security
enforcement. I managed and lead the Training Wing and supervised three (3)
other trainers assigned to the team. We trained the LGF in Airport Security
and firearms training in accordance with ICAO (International Civil Aviation
Operation) Standards

Police Advisor / Trainer/Special Response PSD Team Leader
As an IPAT (International Police Advisor /Trainer) I was assigned to work
at various Iraqi Police Stations located within the City of Baghdad. I was
responsible for conducting physical security analyses of Iraqi Police
Stations, detainment centers and satellite Iraqi Police stations. I
conducted assessments of these facilities, mentored the police officers
assigned to these location and trained these officer in police skill sets
i.e. arrest and detainment procedures, patrolling techniques, communication
skills, investigation techniques, interview and interrogation procedures
and other police related training. I was promoted by my supervisors to a
position as a PSD Team Leader responsible for transporting and providing
security for Iraqi Police Officers at secure training sites throughout
Baghdad, Iraq. I coordinate and provide security for EX-Pats to and from
the Baghdad International Airport via Rt. Irish.
