. Retirement Housing Foundation - Responsible for successfully directed

. Lennar Urban - Led repositioning efforts on two real estate deals, due

Homes High Density Group in Orange County, California. Developed 4 high-
density in-fill projects with large podiums and subterranean parking

Funding, Underwriting, and to obtain investor and joint venture

< Champion Development - VP in charge of High Density Residential
Developments and Mixed Use Developments. Managed and developed four award-
winning mixed-use infill projects in Downtown San Diego and Pasadena with
retail, office and residential components totaling $267 million.
< Western Pacific Housing/ D.R. Horton - VP, Established a new Multifamily
Housing Group and Department in Los Angeles. Managed two infill high-
density projects with large parking structure podiums at a total project
cost of $120 million and saved nearly $60 million with changes per value
engineering and design improvement changes.
< The Olson Company - Negotiated two very unique/ innovative Development
Agreements with cities to revitalize city blocks and develop two very
successful high density infill projects, totaling $150 million.
< Legacy Partners Commercial Inc./ Lincoln Property Company - Oversaw
development and construction of two new office buildings and the rehab of
three office buildings, which included a total gut & renovation of the
buildings, totaling $171 million.
< Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation - Oversaw four
government-funded projects totaling $22 million, two new affordable
housing multifamily projects, a new commercial shopping center, and rehab
of an industrial facility for an office and industrial business
incubator.
