2006- Independent Construction Scheduling Consultant: Develop resource-
loaded schedules using owned copies of MS Project and Primavera

with field project managers to schedule $90 million of military
base construction work for US Air Force in Afghanistan by client
in Philadelphia using Primavera.
2007-2008 Lurgi, Inc. - Cost Analyst: Short-term position involving
Timberline, SAP and programming Excel interfaces for preparation
of detailed reports tracking construction cost overruns for
several large ethanol plants. At job site, reviewed
subcontractor invoices, conducted face-to-face negotiation of
costs with "problem" subcontractors; worked with project
schedule using P3. Project sizes exceeded $100 million

position to develop and manage detailed Primavera-based resource-

responsibility for cost tracking and reporting.

COST MANAGEMENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. Performed extremely detailed cost analysis of subcontractor's rate
schedules to allow project manager to select most cost-effective rate
schedule to save $160,000/month for each of 3-months of work.
. As part of subcontract dispute team, analyzed Time & Materials (T&M)
billings to identify $200,000 of overcharges based upon strict adherence
to Contract Language.
. Assigned to temporary duty at remote site to interface with "problem"
subcontractor on a daily basis to resolve long-standing T&M billing

PLANNING AND SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. As Consultant to unnamed Client, developed responses to finesse schedule
compliance issues asserted by audits by subcontractor to the US Air Force
Center for Engineering and the Environment.
. As Consultant to unnamed Client, developed automated Primavera system to
provide schedules with task-specific status updates needed to facilitate
bimonthly conference calls with PM in Afghanistan.

SUPERFUND PROJECT MANAGEMENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. Managed planning, coordination, and schedule of time-critical $10,600,000
remediation project conducted by the City of Cleveland at NASA Glenn
Research Center for Ohio EPA. Achieved $200,000 cost savings to City of
Cleveland via negotiating 20% reduction in remediation area.
. Negotiated / managed / scheduled $14,000,000 soil / groundwater project,
saving $1,500,000.
. Managed / completed $4,000,000 "unit cost" soil removal project within
budget / schedule.
. Planned / negotiated / managed / scheduled / implemented $3,000,000
politically sensitive soil removal around 90 Dallas residences within
budget and schedule.
