for irate or presidential customers. I de escalated customers to work with me as I helped to better their
service. Worked with outside centers to get a problem fixed when needed. Responded back to voice
mails, emails, and letters. Maintained a tracker on an excel database to keep track of which customer’s
were completely satisfied and considered closed as to which were still in need of attention.

Most of my knowledge was gained from this job. I truly learned responsibility. I had lost my
