Bi lingual Customer Service Billing Representative with Tier 1 Tech support and Tier 1 Retention.

*From 2006 2007 worked in Customer Service department offering bilingual customer service to our

customers in the billing department. Assisted with billing inquiries, took payments, signed them up for

automated billing, cancelled false alarms through police dispatcher’s unit, gave tier 1 tech support

troubleshooting assistance on customer’s home security alarm system, and informed customer of special

offers and deals with our company. Offered Tier one retention for customers calling in to cancel their

accounts.

Accounting Department

* From 2007 Current day, I was promoted to the Accounting department as an Accounts Receivable

Specialist. In my new role I managed and set all customers’ auto pay information. I processed all

returned checks and ACH Bank Reports (Pre Notes) for newly purchased accounts. I’ve generated

and ran the companies ageing reports for our Canadian, Corporate, Government, U.S. Residential

Customers, and Authorized Dealers. I verified all Cash with Bank and then collaborated with IT in

our cash posting process. I processed electronic refunds through our Orbital Gateway and Paper

Refund Checks accordingly.

Helped create entire procedure manual for Accounts Receivable department

In 2010 I noticed the “Copy Bug” (Coined after me in the company) and reported it to IT which led for

it to be corrected in the new Mastermind version fix 6.26.02

In 2011 I noticed a slight increase in scenarios where the card number for auto pay enrollments was

invalid as they came in from our . COM web page.

This issue was validated as a problem by an accounting Manager and forwarded to IT for correction.

This lead to fewer “Supervisor Calls” actions being made and happier customers. Customers can

now feel secure that the companies’ website is in fact pre screening all inputs made by customers

and filtering out any invalid credit card numbers from going through by now reporting an error to our

customers if an invalid credit card number is submitted.

CompTia A+ Expirience;

I’ve replaced both ATA and SATA hard drives and formatted NTSF and installed full windows OS

u sing bootable CD via Boot sequence as (1) in CMOS. Replaced damaged ATA (Ribbons) and SATA

wires to avoid hardware malfunction. Installed/ Upgraded RAM, Video Graphics Cards (dual

monitors, game performance, architecture type cards) Sound Cards for sound performance,

installed Network Adapter Cards (RJ 45).Replaced and upgraded CPU’s making sure to clean all

thermo transmitting compound off of heat sink metal. Prepped new CPU and Heat sink with thermo

compound prep fluid and then added the compound accordingly to allow full heat transmission of

heat from CPU to heat sink metal. This allows the CPU to stay cool which in turn prevents it from

over heating which can slow and possibly damage CPU and mother board. Thus performance is

kept at optimal speed and damage is avoided through preventive maintenance. Installed, repaired,

maintained, and troubleshoot printers. Added custom fans on PC tower in strategic locations for

cooler air flow into hardware such as; Ram, CPU, PSU, and Mother Board.
