marketing, estimating, pre-construction departments, and construction

operation, improving their performance and ability to interface with the

other departments, plus improve our field operation on ability to interface

with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. $175m (near close)

Development, Design/Build, Construction Management, Hard Bid.

2000 to 2005

Executive Vice President, Landmark Organization, Austin, TX.

Involved in all construction operations for the Corporate Office.

Managed 14 projects, with a field and corporate staff of 115 employees

Supervised the Pre-Construction and Estimating Departments and interfaced

with the Marketing and Accounting Departments. Design/ Build Commercial

projects.

Company grew from $200m to $445m, Contracted and Completed under my

direction.

Responsible for the construction operation of the West Palm Beach office.

Senior Project Manager, Holiday Inn, Inc., Memphis, TN.

Construction Manager on several high-rise projects throughout the United

States, totaling an estimated $325m. In addition to directing approximately

100 people, I was responsible for Construction, Estimating, Change Orders,

Staffing, Scheduling, Contract Negotiations and submission of P&L Reports.
