Conducted job analysis for the position of IT software engineers-

duties included calculating task weight, formulated new KSA's and

based of the information collected through the job analysis, I created

a fairly sophisticated selection system. The selection system

developed was based on the KSA's required to perform the important

tasks with tests, assessments, interview questions and other criteria

being used as the selection tools. Tools used- Job Analysis
