SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
In the last six years, I have been working at the University Of Alaska
using OnBase. This experience has broadened my knowledge in the area of
Student Enrollment Services to include Admissions, Financial Aid, and
Registrar. This has given me a working knowledge of management duties,
customer relation skills, Student Records and Mail Service. In the
position where I have been managing the OnBase scanning of Student Records,
I have helped implement policies and training guidelines for the program.
I have learned the business process for all of the documents that are
scanned in. I have maintained and installed software on all the computers
to be used in the process of creating the student files. Even though I have
not had the title of administrator, I have worked closely with the
administrator of the program to help them ensure the program is being used
to its fullest capability. I have been entrusted to assist with testing,
training, and implementing OnBase at the University of Alaska. My ultimate
goal since I began working for the University of Alaska is to become an
OnBase administrator and the Director of Document Imaging for the Fairbanks
campus.
In all of my experience, I have always been a quick learner and enjoy
taking classes to expand my knowledge and keep up with the changes that
take place in my position. I am a patient person who enjoys taking time to
train others in OnBase. I can make available all my responsibilities with
my previous employers. Because of my experience; I believe that I am the
best person you could hire for this position, within your company.
