Security Service Systems: Weekend Dispatcher (Day Shift)
Summer 2007
- Dispatcher: Using the 10-code lingo, communicated with patrol men over
radio to advise them of any alarm alerts in their designated beats; then
communicating with third-party alarm companies that provided clients with
additional security, about the status of the alert.
-Misc. tasks: distribution of vehicle keys, taking messages for the owner
of the company, and updating client info via a data-entry program.
-Time shift lead: Made sure to check-in and check-out patrol officers upon
arrival and departure using time cards.
Saint Anne's Church & Shrine: Receptionist
August 2001 - Sept 2006
- Customer Service: Warmly welcomed guests upon their arrival in the church
rectory/office.
- Office Tasks: Answering the phones, screening calls for the pastor and
deacon, printing and distributing weekly church bulletin/newsletter.
- Cashier: Managed small bank, with pertinence to payments for wedding
ceremonies, religious artifacts, certificates, etc.
- DATA entry: Input parishioner registrations, updated their information,
and input their Sunday contributions into the database for donor purposes.

- Planning and Implementing: Worked with an elected panel of student
leaders to pass academic, housing, and campus grassroots legislation.
- Problem-Solving: Personally interacting with respective school deans to
discuss and/or negotiate amendments in regards to student-body requirements
and requests.

- Support the Academic Affairs branch of the Student Government in all

- The point of contact for all commissioners; collecting their weekly
