Objective

created and built businesses. My degree in finance and work experience should allow me to help

Qualifications

I currently am semi retired. I have owned a real estate company, a development company, started

and run a stockbrokerage firm, and started and sold several public companies. All of these

business involved significant negotiating skills.

1995-2005 Bob Soehngen Development Corp Lafayette, CO

Specialized in custom homes. Built an industrial building and retail building.

1997-2008 Bob Soehngen Real Estate Lafayette, CO

Listed all my own construction projects and worked with clients on their real estate needs.

1997-2008 Sawyer Development Boulder, CO

Developed a subdivision. Acquired the land, got city approval, and oversaw construction.

1980-Present The James Building Partnership Boulder, CO

Formed a partnership that acquired a building in downtown Boulder, CO. Have responsibility for

leasing and management of the property, which includes a restaurant, retail and office space. In

2001 built a commercial building in downtown Lafayette, CO. Built the building and manage it.

1995-1999 Bob Soehngen Consulting Boulder, CO

I started and merged four public companies. Formed the companies, found the initial investors,

found a merger candidate and sold my shares.

1989-1995 National Securities Holding Corporation Boulder, CO

As president I sold the subsidiary corporation in 1990. Maintained the books and records,

including 10K’s and 10q’s. The corporation was merged in 1995. The company is listed on

NASDAQ.

1984-1990 National Securities Network Boulder, CO

Started and was president of a full service Broker-Dealer with over 125 brokers in 15 offices

around the country. Among other activities, we completed three stock offerings. Responsible for

all books and records filed with the SEC.

1974-1980 Various Stockbrokerage Firms Boulder. CO

Worked as a stockbroker and branch manager for several firms.

1972-1974 Creative Financial Corporation Santa Monica, CA

I was responsible for getting bids and overseeing construction for a development company.
