Personal Profile

Since an early age, I’ve always been interested in the working in the art & design field.

In high school I took a year of advanced placement art that really help ground and nurture

my dedication to the craft. After graduating from Pittsburg High I moved on to Diablo Valley

College, a top five transfer school in California. There I spent the next three years taking anything

and everything art & design related. Taking classes from Dreamweaver to Printmaking, I made it a

priority to explore multiple disciplines and implement them into my graphic design work. In 2008 I

transferred into UCD’s Visual Communications department where I completed my Bachelor’s of Art

degree. Currently I am spearheading with a colleague a new bay area culture and community based

magazine called FLAVOURHOOD.

Freelance Graphic Designer - 2008 to Present

Created graphic for web and print use for various clients. Examples include BStar Make-Up

packaging, Eagle Press Publication Advertisements, and miscellaneous printed materials for A1 Sun.

Art Director, Production Manager, Internet Specialist for FLAVOURHOOD magazine - 2009 - Present

Oversee all design created for and used for FLAVOURHOOD’s web and print presence.

Organizer artist and contributors’ projects and aid in their completion. Curator for FLAVOURHOOD.
