. Lead requirement gathering phase for designing and development of

Accenture built customized SAP solution for postal operation of Canada

Post.

. Supervised and facilitated requirement gathering sessions for EWM

implementation for Canada Post. The departments involved were the

actual users of the system in postal sorting stations, warehouse

management, Material management and sales and distribution.

. Took part in complete configuration of EWM and did hands on config

related to warehouse structure (warehouse number, Supply chain unit,

storage types, sections activity areas, bins, staging etc.) putaway

/picking strategies, slotting, storage controls, Resource Management,

Yard management, vehicles, Transportation units, cross docking,

Handling units, Rf, and RFID, printer control, delivery processing,

. Lead team of Accenture resources for implementation WM Module in a

upgrade from R6 to R7.

. Managed about 11 Accenture resources including senior consultants,

consultants and analysts and was responsible for assigning the work,

scheduling and regularly evaluating these resources.

. Lead and supervised team for preparation of prototype and

implementation of SAP solution for AT&T.

. Supervised the Accenture team in the requirement gathering, Gap

analysis, documentation and business process design. I managed 7

Accenture resources and 5 client resources.

. Lead build phase involving configuration, and offshore development.

Duration: May 2004 - Dec. 2005

Role Description : Lead Material Management (MM) (Design, Build, Test &

Deploy)

. Managed this project from beginning and was responsible for attending

steering committee meetings with partner from Accenture. Convinced the

client to implement SCM as part of complete solution. Brought in

additional 20Million dollars revenue for supply chain which was not

initially part of Financial transformation of this project. The total

cost of project was $ 200 Million dollars.

. Responsible for design phase of Material Management. Supervised

Accenture and client consultants & analysts team of about 14 people.

. Led design session with the client for supply chain requirement

gathering.

. Led Material Master design and configuration. Led enterprise structure

creation related to Material Management and all related configuration

related to MM. Assigned roles and duties to consultants & analysts for

completing the configuration on time.

. Was actively involved in Proof of Concept for both integrated and Non

integrated scenarios. Led the team of consultants involved in

configuration related to MM required for these scenarios. Tested all
