Summary of Qualifications:
I am a Supervisor for a local market research firm, working
full-time while pursuing my degree in accounting and maintaining my status
as an officer of the student ALPFA chapter. I have maintained a leadership
position within the company for approximately five years. I am responsible
for planning and organizing training classes, briefings for projects and
setting client expectations for my subordinates. A major responsibility of
mine is to monitor and observe the quality of the research associate's
output. With each monitoring or observation, I must coach each research
associate on our quality standards and provide feedback to increase their
productivity.
Achievements:
. Assisted in the development and implementation of a modularized
training program for telephone interviewers.
. Helped build a quality-driven benchmarking program for
monitoring interviewer performance.
. Selected as a liaison to administer successful monitoring
sessions for our most difficult clients.
