Innovative Spine Distributor- July 2010 to Current

Distribute and manage the sales of spine implants/devices and instruments;

Manage and adhere to surgeon/client needs;

Work with surgeons to develop new advanced technology for spine, primarily

in the area of minimally invasive spine surgery;

Manage inventory, primarily spine implants used on a daily basis in

surgery.

Manage hospital staff, which includes but not limited too; scrub techs, OR

Coordinator, materials management..;

Negotiate construct pricing;

Aid surgeon/clients in area referral network;

Attend NASS and AANS and other important industry society meetings. This is

important to maintain relationships on a national scale, stay on top of

trends, pay attention to latest data/studies in regards to product/patient

outcomes, marketing, adhere to surgeon clients interests in these matters;

Manage and make sales calls with sales representatives;
