. Directed entire process (researching, vendor negotiations and

implementation) for Corporate Imaging System. Generated $160K annual

savings in reduced FTEs and reduced storage space requirements.

. Conducted voice system management analysis, identified unnecessary

expenses, and oversaw purchase, installation and training on Cisco IP

. Initiated, created and introduced system where forms requiring

attachment to policies were automatically printed off records stored in

Policy Administration System. This shortened policy mail out time by 24

successfully managing relocation of corporate office's IT environment,

which included servers, desktops, printers, and copiers. As a result, a

MANAGER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (2000 - 2009)

. Promoted after twelve months with organization to manage IT budget,

staff and activities.

. Oversaw team that managed and maintained a 160-node network that

included thirty five (35) remote sales and technical users across the

United States.

. Recruited, hired, and managed a motivated team of up to 8 IT

professionals (50% of IT staff); most recent direct reports were 3

Network Support staff and 5 Net Application Developers.

. Increased efficiencies company-wide by pioneering, directing and

ensuring delivery of customized, high-availability, enterprise-wide

computing and business-production services, including 60+ custom web

enabled applications and 200+ custom business reports.

. Orchestrated operational upkeep of company's infrastructure, providing
