Secretary - Type, word-processing, filing, purchase office
supplies/equipment, answer phones, Dictaphone, 10-key.
Legal Secretary - Created files, obtain pertinent information; prepare
court petitions, wills, and codicils to wills. Prepare civil
complaints, summons, motions for judgments, motions to set aside
judgment, etc. Prepare petitions for dissolution of marriage,
property settlement, summons, and orders to show cause. Obtain and
prepare contingency fee agreements, summons, and complaints. Prepare
various legal documents-Power of Attorney, promissory notes,
affidavits, etc. Prepare and file claims with insurance companies.

Registrar - Enroll pupils for upcoming college semester, office work
for Dean in Charge, handling of all monies for site, filing of
paperwork with the head office in Frankfurt, Germany.
Accounting - Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger,

Banking - NCR operator running 25,000+ items, meet daily deadlines.
Return/Rejected Items research and debit/credit accounts. Correct
teller errors. Order photo of cheques as needed. Obtain journal
listing of all accounts with rejected cheques. Send cheques to
original institution. Fill out correct general ledger credit/debit to
offset.
Library Services - Technical Service Department - Receive shipments
and insure all items were received, place items in appropriate section
of department, apply invoices to system, insure all items were
catalogued correctly, place appropriate labels to media and make
available to circulation department, pay all invoices and keep running
spreadsheet on a $2 million dollar budget for FY. Circulation
Department - assist all customers as needed, schedule all meeting room
appointments, pay all invoices for branch, order and keep a
spreadsheet with running totals on all periodicals and place a inquiry
when periodicals weren't received, catalogue all periodicals when
received, place all monies in drawers for the day and make weekly
deposits on monies received and keep a running spreadsheet with
totals.
Environmental - Receive manifests of incoming truckloads of hazardous
waste. Match sample fingerprints with profile of waste. Insure all
documents are completed properly according to the latest EPA/DHS
rules. If not, then rectify the situation. Assist the Public
Relations Manager by scheduling tours, assemble company packets. Stay
current on all projects. Check visitors in. Attend meetings with the
manager. Write the contracts out between the company and the company
wishing to do business with it.
