down of the Exton office, and minimal issue start-up in Racine.

2010

Awarded the High Impact Team Award for the development of Ty-D-Bol singles. Obtained incremental

$4mm sales at Wal-Mart as result.

Key member of management team that coordinated the actions on the purchasing side to divest the Ty-D-

Bol and Endust/Behold brands.

2009

Implemented new packaging and new manufacturing equipment for alternative lace package for Wal-Mart.

Saved $160k in COG and obtained $8mm in new sales. Successful launch of automobile air freshener.

Selected for Team Spirit award for laces development and High-Impact award for car air freshener.

2008

$.04/can x 9mm=$360k.

2007

• Developed new lace supplier where within 6 months, vendor was qualified and shipping. Saved $160k; 2%

of $8mm spend.

2006

• Savings of $600m achieved via new aerosol supplier qualification.

2005

• Reduced buying staff from five buyers to three, and maintained service levels to internal customers. There

were no reductions in the number of SKU’s. Saved $200 K on qualifying/developing an offshore shine

brush supplier.

for all direct purchases. Span of control of 5 buyers; Planning Manager, and Administration.

Developed, recommended, and implemented policies, process, budgets, objectives, and annual cost-of-goods

standard costs for both US and Canadian facilities. Directly managed initial implementation of all large offshore

and intercompany purchases. Hands-on coordination/buying from largest spend supplier. Managed costs and

changes. Developed and approved new suppliers and managed the additions/deletions to the supply base. When

appropriate, included Technical department in vendor selection. As member of the New Product Development

Committee directly contributed to achievement of company objectives for new product launches. Overall
