interiors, seating, body panels and small motors totaling $20 million.

Support and manage the stamping, machined parts and wire harness commodity

buys totaling $40 million in annual turnover for the Visteon Energy

Transformation System business unit.

Identified and negotiated cost savings reductions and resourcing plans

totaling $2,500,000 in calendar year 2003.

Implemented a component product change estimated to save Hutchinson FTS

over $1,000,000 on an annual basis.

Developed a new RFQ program for Hutchinson FTS that allows for benchmarking

Identified and negotiated over $100,000 in cost reductions for the Ford

Th!nk Neighbor program.

Responsible for the program management of all purchasing functions for the

launch of the Th!nk Family Plus vehicle.

written Commodity Strategies.

. Develop minority suppliers and implement sourcing strategies to meet

minority-sourcing objectives.

. Support Vehicle Centers in the development of make/buy analysis. Act as

a liaison with assembly and manufacturing plants as required.

. Initiate and participate in e-sourcing events to improve commodity

strategy and improve supplier selection.

. Develop foreign suppliers to meet company financial projections.

Senior Buyer/Merchandiser: JCPenney Company, Inc., Southfield, MI

(September 1992 - June 2000).

Manage purchasing, pricing, merchandising, inventory levels and $6-million
