I was working as a sales/customer service agent at The Results Companies of Corpus Christi,
Texas. I was also required to verify that all the information stated by the agent was correct,
otherwise the sale was invalid.
I relocated back to my home town of Corpus Christi to continue my education in my Criminal
Justice Degree. I was employed with Telenetwork Inc. where I was a tech support agent for
Centurylink. I Enjoyed working from home, but there was an hour cap and I was only receiving
20 hours a week. That is not enough hours to make my means and pay my bills, I asked for more
hours and they were told there was nothing they could do about the hour shortage.
Prior to my move, I was employed in Gatesville, Texas by Coryell county Sheriff's department as
a Corrections officer. I was the main control officer for the main portion of my time there. I
answered phones and had to verify who was on the other line in order to give out sensitive
information on inmates. I was also in charge of the safety and security of the inmates as well as
the facility, civilians, and other officers.
I relocated to Gatesville when my fiancé passed away and his mother couldn't handle being
alone. I left my job as a corrections officer in Rockport, Texas at the Aransas county detention
center to take care of her. I was again in charge of answering the phones and relaying sensitive
information. Along with the booking, releasing, and feeding of all ingoing and out going inmates.
I have worked at 2 different call centers. One was outbound call center as a Loans Consolidation
Specialist. I was required to gather personal information such as social security numbers in order
to access the national Student loan database with their information. The other location, APAC,
was an inbound call center when Medicare part D was new and just came out.
I was in the US Army for about 3 months before being medically discharged during basic
training in Fort Jackson, South Carolina
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Pizza hut (as well as a Shift Supervisor)
in Gatesville and Wendy's and Al Willeford Chevrolet in Portland Texas. I was in charge of
answering phones and relaying information, making orders, Taking messages, and fixing
problems that were with in my ability to fix.
I genuinely enjoy helping people and i know what it is like to be on the other end of a phone
when someone not helpful and getting frustrated. I know what its like to have someone with a
friendly attitude and helpful disposition on the other end of the line. It makes the experience
much more enjoyable and expedites service keeping clients happy and they enjoy using and
continuing service with the company.
Thank You,
Danielle Padilla
