I seek a demanding career position as a Superintendent with growth
potential in Project Management in the commercial and industrial
construction industry. Ideally the position will utilize my experience and
challenge me in all facets of the construction process.

Relevant Experience:
Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent: C.E.I. Construction
Consultants, Inc. General Contractors, Capistrano Beach, CA. 2010 to
present. CEI is a general contracting and constructing consulting
business. I work in the office bidding, writing contracts, building
construction schedules and on the monthly billings for tenant improvement
projects as an Assistant Project Manager. I have greatly enjoyed expanding
my knowledge of the construction process via my recent project management
experience. A majority of my time is spent working in the field as a
Superintendent running all jobs assigned to me.
Project Superintendent - Retail Construction: JG Construction, Chino
Hills, CA 2009 to August 2010. My responsibilities included overseeing
all jobsite activities, overseeing the construction process for both retail
and office tenant improvement construction projects in Los Angeles, Orange,
and San Diego Counties.
Project Superintendent - Retail Construction: Lyle Parks Jr.
Construction, Anaheim CA 2005 - 2009. My responsibilities included
overseeing all jobsite activities. I was responsible for construction
projects ranging in size from pad buildings to retail centers in excess of
75 acres including tenant and owner coordination and turnover for retail
development projects in both Northern and Southern California.
Lead Framing and Finish Carpenter: Biniaz Construction, Mission Viejo, CA
2004 - 2005. I gained hands on experience for both rough and finish
carpentry for new construction as well as remodels and additions. I
learned the concept of quality in craftsmanship and furthering my knowledge
of the construction process. While I now prefer to work in a supervisory
capacity, it was very valuable experience to work in the trades as a
carpenter, to physically build the backbone structure of the buildings as
opposed to just observing.
Framing Carpenter: NRW Construction, San Clemente, CA 2003 - 2004. At NRW
I learned to read structural plans and how to convert the plans to reality.
I learned all aspects of residential framing from layout, faming,
joisting, stairs, stacking, sheeting, etc. to the eventual completed
project. NRW was a smaller residential framing contractor so I was
required to learn and perform all facets of the framing process. I gained
Valuable experience that I have used as my construction career has grown.
Sales: Lockhart Phillips Motor Sports, San Clemente, CA 2002 - 2003. At
Lockhart Phillips I was a Customer Service Representative selling
aftermarket performance parts for high performance street bikes to both
race teams as well as the private enthusiast. I gained knowledge in both
sales and customer service. I learned the catalog containing all of our
product and did very well as a young salesman.
Sales / Customer Service: Dana Point Jet Ski, Dana Point, CA 1999 - 2002.
Dock and private fleet manager / parts sales and stockroom parts manager.
At a young age I was a huge part in the operations of a major Kawasaki Jet
Ski dealer. I was in charge of rentals, parts sales, safety instruction as
well as quality inspection assurance within the rental fleet. Having this
experience at such a young age with so much responsibility was the first
stepping stone on my path to success of management and supervision.
