The WinMar Group - Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle - cold call
to close. As a recruiter I partner with clients to assist with their
hiring needs. I search for the ideal candidates through a variety of
sources, i.e. cold calling, networking, social networking and extensive
research. I continuously cultivate new prospective candidates and
clients. With offices in California, Georgia and Arizona I serve a
