RPO PRINCIPAL CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER at Credit Suisse
Responsible for all client relationship management related to Talent
Acquisition-US while managing the recruiting teams, strategy and metrics on
this global RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) engagement at Credit
Suisse. Was hired to re-align recruiting with the client's business and
technology goals, increase client satisfaction and introduce best practices
and new approaches to ultimately win a contract expansion and extension.

RECRUITING CONSULTANT
For Swiss Re, the largest reinsurance company in the world, responsible for
sourcing and recruiting for requirements across the continental US with a
focus on IT, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Scientific, Additional
responsibilities included negotiating contracts and managing vendors for
staff augmentation, contingency and retained search. Implemented a new ATS
(Applicant Tracking System) and assisted in the design and migration to new
recruiting and on-boarding processes to streamline the recruiting process,
capture a broad range of metrics, increase client satisfaction and reduce
costs.
