Supervised architectural and construction firms on 200,000 square

foot build-out. Identified and secured 30 move-related vendors,

maintaining harmony among constituencies with divergent needs. Led

internal "move committee" directing/coordinating departmental

representatives to ensure all functionality requirements attained.

Met aggressive 6-month timetable from announcement to move.

Subleased former headquarters, 330,000 square feet, achieving rental

income over budget.
