financial and operational analyses of divisions. Monitored and
reported on competitive activity and industry developments. Analyzed
capital investment and acquisition proposals and annual
financial/strategic plans. Developed new framework for assessment of
capital allocation decisions, upgrading/streamlining process to better
respond to investment environment.

Closed 30+ domestic and international deals aggregating $750 million
including stock and asset deals and leases. Structured deals
coordinating specialists from legal, tax, accounting, HR, IT, and

approvals. Negotiated transactions through contracts and closings
interfacing with senior executives of third parties, lawyers,

Supervised architectural and construction firms on 200,000 square
foot build-out. Identified and secured 30 move-related vendors,
maintaining harmony among constituencies with divergent needs. Led
internal "move committee" directing/coordinating departmental
representatives to ensure all functionality requirements attained.
Met aggressive 6-month timetable from announcement to move.
Subleased former headquarters, 330,000 square feet, achieving rental
income over budget.
