eight Marketing Representatives under me. I was part of a team that was
able to bring up our community from 89% to 98% occupied. RentRoll trained
and experienced. I approve future resident files and keep track of current
and future move-ins to insure and maintain to be in the highest occupancy
level possible. I keep in constant contact with the maintenance dept. and
contractors to ensure that the units are ready for move-in on specified
dates.
