OBJECTIVE

As an IT Project Manager I have over 20 years of IT experience, 10 of which are in

Project Management. I have successfully led large project teams from gap analysis to

complete systems implementation. I have good interaction with company clients and

implementing successful IT solutions to clients. I have extensive experience in Web-

Full handling of QlikView product related issues, QlikView is a business intelligence

product, used mainly for business fast decision supporting and updated

reports/statistics. My role included managing pre-sale activities (Demonstrations,

POCs..etc), after-sale activities (Training, business studies/analysis, consultation, full

implementation…etc) and handling different product issues such as product

enhancements, ..etc.

Also the role involved an integration solution project, between QlikView and Zylab

(Document management system).

Complete management for an EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) at

the bank., this included all the project phases, initiation, requirement definition,

vendor (SW & HW) selection, pilot implementation, communication with

business owners, risk management changes management. Using previous

experience in analysis, design and development and systems implementation, the

role also extended to technical management for the project, design, development

and training for the users.

Participated in development of China Systems products Eximbills Enterprice (EE),

which is banking trade finance solution, using the latest technology J2EE, this

involved working with JAVA, JavaScript, IBM DB2, IBM MQ, IBM

WebSphere.

Managing China System’s product: :CAS (Customer Access), which is the company

B2B solution on the Internet, including Consultation, Project Managing and

implementation.

Managing the implementation of the Eximbills Trade Finance system for Bank Melli

Iran which was the first bank to go live in the Import, Export and Transfer LCs in

the area.

Worked on the installation of National Bank of Abu Dhabi in Cairo, Egypt.

Upgraded the Eximbills PC LAN System of Emirates Bank International to be Y2K

compliant.

Worked on Arabisation of the Eximbills System for Riyadh Bank. Supported Riyad

Bank in the go-live phase of the project.

Customized the Letters of Guarantee Module for National Bank of Dubai.

Developed an SQL solution in Arab Bank to Create Cross - Module Records.

Participated in developing the standard global Bank Model in London.

Participated in development and implementation of BSB (Bahrain Saudi Bank) bank

model in Bahrain.

Developed the Call Center system for GBK (Gulf Bank of Kuwait) using Netik as

middleware. This has ended with a thanks letter from the bank and was detailed in

China Systems main web page as one of the most successful reference projects for

China Systems.

Taking the responsibility of Handling China Systems latest product, ePlato, which is

mainly working on the web along with different internet banking systems.
