maintenance facility, to optimize program development. Five (5) direct
reports. Provided project development and preliminary budget examination
services for a $22M mixed-use project.
Retained to evaluate and settle $14.9M construction claims at the end of
the $2.95B expansion program, (2) direct reports. Provided analysis and
evaluations services to senior management, legal and audit departments to
ensure technical sufficiency and contractual adherence. Reported to key
stakeholders on additional expenditures with recommendations. Resulted in
settlement cost of only $2 M.
