Cell culturing: short-term proliferative assays (antigen-specific, CD3/CD28); T cell cloning;
culturing tumor cell lines; preparation and separation of lung and spleen T cells, interstitial
lung macrophages; MLR (mixed lymphocyte reaction); isolation of tumor associated myeloid
cells from mouse and tumor tissue; preparation of bone-marrow derived macrophages;
dendritic cells and human monocyte-derived DC; purification of peritoneal neutrophils and
macrophages; separation and enrichment of different cell populations using specific antibody
labeled with magnetic beads (MACS cell separation); chemotaxis assay
Flow cytometry (10 years of experience): four-color staining of the cell surface markers
