Retail Management System

• Created a system to update costs and retail in the POS system from company ERP

• Created process to generate files that were imported into Quark to create catalogs with

images for our customers

Senior Programmer Analyst 1999-2002

• Managed the conversion from the current ERP system based on a System 36 to new

ERP system based on a AS400 that had been purchased but not implemented

• Maintained all systems

• Trained users on new systems

• Developed and implemented a new “Return Goods Authorization” system that matched

returns to customer's invoices and printed “RGA” forms

Allison Manufacturing Inc. 1985-1999

Assistant DP Manager 1995-1999

• Managed staff of 5 programmers and EDI coordinator

• Ran efficient and effective MIS department

• Made decisions for the MIS department in the absence of the VP of MIS

• Assigned tasks and projects to programming staff
